F1 Grand Prix du Canada Gone?

Is the Formula 1 (F1) Grand Prix du Canada really going by the way-side for Formula 1 world tour? According to several articles posted over the past few days, it appears as if the last North American F1 Race may indeed be gone for this year and perhaps for good? This will be the first time since 1987 that Montreal’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve would not see the F1 chassis pound the pavement in this great motor-sports race.

Winslow Car Show for Charity, Warwick NY (2008)

On Sunday August 24th, 2008 local collector car enthusiasts came out to Warwick, New York for a car showWinslow Car Show Warwick NY to raise money for the Winslow Riding Center, a local not for profit organization that runs a therapeutic horseback riding center for riders with disabilities.

Modern sports, muscle and vintage collector cars of all makes and models came to the event. There was even a small area for historic motorcycles to park and join in on the fun. It turned out to be a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and huge amounts of money raised for this great cause. Sports Car Advisors brought out 2 cars this day so we shared in the contributions ;-)
