BMFeast 2008: Flanders, NJ
October 4th, 2008 saw BMW owners gather for BMFeast at the Swim and Sport Club in Flanders, New Jersey
for a fun day of browsing BMW cars, photo snapping, picknicking and socializing; there was a bit of engine revving as well here and there. 😉
Over 400 BMW’s showed up for the car show on a beautiful sunny day. Organizers spread word through forums such as E90 Post, S14.net, Bimmerfest and Bimmerpost. Car owners from as far as Maryland and Connecticut washed, waxed and drove up E30’s, E92’s, M5’s, M6’s and more gorgeous models.
The Swim and Sport club offered $2 draft and canned beer and sodas along with freshly Barbequed hot dogs and hamburgers. BMFeast organizers could not have picked a better day weather-wise as temperatures stayed in the 60’s for most of the day with bright sunshine for all to enjoy.
