With the 2024 driving season upon us here in the Northeast, Saturday March, 30 brought beautiful spring weather and stunning Porsches to Kinchley’s Pizza Tavern in Ramsey, NJ – a pizza restaurant staple to Bergen County and surroundings since the 1930’s! Today’s selection of Porsches ranged from a 1960’s driver 356 through to an electric Taycan and nearly everything in between.

Some highlights included an orange 997 GT3 – manual – and and Rory’s tangerine orange 914-6 which has to be one of the best in the country.

Day 2 at the New England Concours d’Elegance saw cruise-in participants show up in droves to Stratton Mountain’s upper parking areas. Classic cars including Chrysler Letter Series, Porsche 911’s, MG’s, and many rare cars were on display. Cars were parked on top of the main parking garage and food was catered by Stratton. Chairs were folded out behind the cars and owners and spectators exchanged stories and information on cars of all makes and models. Each car has a story and all owners at cruise-in events are proud to display dossiers and discuss how and where they found their cars, and how and when they were restored or preserved in great condition. The 13th Annual Greenwich Concours d’Elegance took place on Saturday June 7th and Sunday June 8th, 2008 in Greenwich, Connecticut. Saturday brought American cars of all marques from turn of the century to modern day sports cars. Sunday brought the best and the brightest of the imports in the sports, touring and competition classes. Raising money for the charity Americares the Concours really is an important automobile event.
