Threatening showers on Wednesday July 30 lead to a smaller (than the usual 300 cars or so) turnout at Bear Mountain. A couple of die hard car enthusiasts came out to show their cars as they did not fear the rain. Hey, not all these cars are “garage queens”, though in our opinion, some of them should be. We were fortunate enough to run into the great guys from Performance Rentals, Inc who brought out their 750 Horsepower Supercharged Dodge Viper SRT-10 and their Ferrari F355 GTS. If anyone is looking to rent some killer, “real” performance cars (no paddle shifters, please), these are the guys to go to. They have a stable of about 10 awesome sports cars that you’ll definitely have some fun with.
